About us
Kaveri Forge began in 1998 and is now led by Anand Rao, carrying the same second-generation discipline into every production lot. The workshop grew into a 40,000 sq ft facility in Bengaluru, but the operating idea stayed simple: machine to drawing, inspect to spec, and keep the client informed.
The team works for sourcing heads and design engineers who need a supplier that can handle the job without noise. That means CNC turning, CNC milling, in-house CMM inspection, and traceable materials—delivered in a way that fits real project timelines.

Capabilities
The mix of 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC machines supports both high-volume runs and tighter geometry work. Programs are planned around material, tolerance, and inspection points so the part stays stable from first article through repeat order.
For shafts, sleeves, and rotational parts where concentricity and finish need to stay consistent across batches.
For prismatic parts, brackets, housings, and components that depend on controlled face-to-face geometry.
Held with inspection discipline, machine setup control, and part-by-part checks where the drawing calls for it.
Materials
Aluminium, SS 316, titanium, and PEEK.
Batch sizes
From 50 to 50,000 units, depending on program need.
